NEW HIRE & ANNUAL INCENTIVES
- NEW AGENT REFERRAL- Refer another Agent to our Company and receive a $1000.00 referral on their first successful closing.
- LISTING SIGN REIMBURSEMENT- The Company will reimburse you for the cost of one (1) listing sign, as well as provide Company Open House signs for you to use.
- COMPLIMENTARY BUSINESS CARDS- The Company will pay for your company business cards.
- 2 MONTH BONUS- Close a deal within the first 2 months with the Company and you will receive an additional $500 bonus.
- 4TH CLOSING- After your fourth (4th) closing in the first fiscal year, have lunch courtesy of your Broker and you choose the location.
- TEAM SHOPPING SPREE- Annually, Employing Broker will treat the Team to a shopping spree in November/December. The amount given to each Agent is based on sales through the current calendar year and are as follows: ○ 1-2 million in sales- $150 ○ 3-5 million in sales- $250 ○ 6-19 million in sales- $500 ○ 20+ million in sales- $1000 The rules are: you will have 2 hours to shop and the money must be spent on YOURSELF.
- YEAR END HOLIDAY EVENT- After the 2 hour shopping, Employing Broker will treat the Team to a holiday outing and present the annual sales awards for the year.
- TOP SALES AWARD- Reward for the Agent with the Top Sales for the calendar year. Agent will receive either 1) a two-night stay of their choice not to exceed $1000 or 2) a gift card in the amount of $1000 as a reward for the hard work put forth during the year. To qualify, the annual sales minimum must reach 3 million.
